CAN I WORK WITH YOU IN JUST ONE SESSION?

Health Coaching is best completed through a series of consultations to get maximum benefit, and to coach you towards your health goals. I work with you for a minimum of 3 consultations, to ensure we can assess and evaluate progress made and tailor your Coaching Plan accordingly.

CAN I PASS MY COACHING PLAN TO A FRIEND, AND WILL IT WORK FOR THEM?

Your Coaching Plan is individual to you, and tailored to your specific health history and health concerns and/or goals. Your Coaching Plan should not be shared with anyone else as they have not been given advice based on their own needs, and it could actually be the wrong thing for their diet and lifestyle. Every person is different. No two people have the same health journey. They are however welcome to contact me to discuss their own health and wellbeing.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

Please contact me via email, phone or through my contact form. We can then discuss your needs and decide whether working with me will help you reach your health goals, and/or address concerns. Please see my prices and programmes that I deliver here.  

DO YOU OFFER ANYTHING OTHER THAN ONE-TO-ONE HEALTH COACHING SESSIONS?

Yes, I deliver group programmes, typically around 2 weeks in length, but sometimes longer. These are run periodically. Please see Services for my up to date group programmes available.

Further to this, if there is a service that you would like but I don't currently offer, please contact me and we can discuss options going forward.
